Jack Page

Founder & President

Hello! My name is Jack Page, and I am the proud Founder & President of Advocates for Missing & Exploited Children (AMEC) at UC Davis. My passion for creating this club began a few years ago when the sister of one of my best friends was abducted from her home. Thankfully, she was later found unharmed in another state—but the experience made me think about the countless families who don’t get such a happy ending. It is my hope that this student organization not only makes a difference at UC Davis but also inspires other universities to create similar clubs, all working toward the shared goal of promoting child safety and advocacy.

Jack is responsible for approving any changes made to AMEC policies and procedures, as well as organizing events

Madison Kenney

Vice-President

Hi, my name is Madison Kernahan Kenney, and I am the Vice-President for AMEC at UC Davis. In this role, I assist in managing any outreach projects the club is involved in, as well as provide guidance and oversight to fellow Officers and Members. As a psychology major with an interest in criminology, I have been given insight into the emotional and psychological toll that these tragedies have on families. As someone who has worked with families and children in my community for many years, I want to use the skills I have gathered to help amplify the voices of affected families and bring attention to cases that have gone 'cold.' This club embodies commitment to advocacy, awareness, and action -- we are ready to help make an impact!

Madison is responsible for all of AMEC's outreach projects and oversees Officer and Member compliance.

Sophia Fite

Treasurer

As a Psychology major who is minoring in Education, I am extremely passionate about supporting underserved communities and making positive impacts through outreach. As Treasurer for AMEC, I manage the financial resources used to support AMEC's mission of raising awareness and advocating for vulnerable populations. I hope to create a lasting impact in the Davis/Yolo community that promotes safety and cohesiveness.

Sophia is responsible for all funding and financial related inquiries
