About Us
The Persian Language Club is dedicated to fostering a vibrant community for students and community members passionate about the Persian language and its rich cultural heritage. Our mission is to provide an inclusive and engaging space where learners of all levels can develop their skills in speaking, reading, and writing Persian. Through peer practice sessions, tutoring support, and cultural immersion events, we aim to promote the diversity of the Persian language on campus and in the broader Davis community. We welcome Persian speakers from all backgrounds and anyone interested in learning Persian! By embracing linguistic and cultural exchange, we strive to create a welcoming environment that promotes and deepens appreciation and understanding of Persian language. We hold tutoring and conversation hours Tuesdays 2-3 PM and Fridays 12-1 PM in Everson 104.
