To receive priority registration and be eligible for Essential & Critical Needs Support, students must complete the Individual Check-in surveys each quarter.
To be eligible for Opportunity Grants, Experiential Learning Pathway, or Summer Support, students must complete all 3 program requirements each quarter.
Requirements may be completed during the quarter of the request and/or in the quarter immediately before the request.
If you do not think you will be able to complete the requirements, please make an appointment with Valeri Garcia, Director, as early as possible to discuss your circumstances and next steps.
Attend Community Activity
Attend at least one Community Activity per quarter: Community activities are workshops, seminars, discussions, and events open to all GSP students and aimed at building community, creating learning opportunities, and networking with campus resources.

Cohort Meetups are not community activities. Check with your Cohort Leader for more information about your cohort meetups.
Cohort Connection
Students are placed into cohorts based on their year in school to provide intentional support and guidance throughout their graduation pathway.
Students must attend at least one Cohort Meetup per quarter OR connect with their Cohort Leader to:

Quarterly Individual Check-in Surveys
Students must complete a brief check-in survey each quarter to reflect on their individual progress, goals, interests, and challenges, and to share questions or areas where they may need support.
This information helps GSP understand student needs, identify challenges early, celebrate progress, and provide timely and relevant services and support.
NOTE: Students requesting support for Essential & Critical Needs or be eligible for priority registration must complete these forms.
