Mission
We're open to both 3D printing enthusiasts and novices, no experience is required to join!

We host biweekly social meetings, where we cover a new topic about 3D printing and facilitate a place for an in-person social get-together!

Membership Benefits
To first preface, no 3D printing/modeling experience is needed, we just want someone who's passionate about learning more about it! Half of our current board members started not knowing anything about 3D printing, but we teach you on the way!

Board member benefits:
- Learn more about 3D printing if you're just starting out in 3D printing
- Create your own leadership positions and projects to help build your resume and leadership skills
- Reach out to us on discord to learn more!

What you'll do a as board member!
- Hosting/running 3D modeling competitions that solve an issue for local high schools. We've already hosted one for River Valley High and are looking to expand into more local high schools
- Working to join the E-Nable prosthetic project as a club, where we will become an affiliated organization to print prosthetics for those in need
- Make merch for other clubs and school departments, so far we have worked with the Pre-Pharm club on making merch and we'll be working with the art department to host an exhibition for 3D modeling. We're also reaching out to AAA and VSA for a collab
- Fundraising and sponsorships, specifically with sponsorships we're trying to reach out to existing 3D printer manufacturers to sponsor us. We're also looking to fundraise for ourselves, but also other non-profits like a San Jose Library that one of our members is reaching out to.
- Outreach. Both to other 3D printing clubs in other UCs and recruiting members, so in the sense of liaisons and making posts for our social media accounts. We're also working towards getting a supervisor.
- We're also interested in picking up new projects and ideas!
