About Us

The purpose of the Students For Socialism student club is to advocate for internationalism; anti-capitalism; anti-war; anti-racism; anti-sexism; equal rights and no bigotry against LGBTQ people; full rights for immigrants; self-determination for indigenous peoples; social, economic, and environmental justice; and for socialism, including social ownership and democratic management of the means of production of the economy and natural resources. We recognize the irreconcilable contradictions between the interests of workers and capitalists, as well as the central role of class struggle in the fight for socialism.
