About Us

The Nigerian Students Association (NSA) is a student organization that serves to bring Nigerian students together to form a unified community, to create the awareness of Nigerian culture on the UC Davis campus and beyond. It also aims to form a community that provides a network for students, educate students about Nigerian culture, inform them of political news, and the beautiful heritage of Nigeria, to encourage students to contribute to the prosperity of Nigeria. In addition, NSA promotes the very rich Nigerian Culture through various social activities, which may serve as an orientation point for first year and transfer Nigerian students. Lastly, NSA promotes Renaissance at UC Davis to Nigerian Alumni and Nigerian community at large, as well as demonstrates diversification in UC Davis and other communities.
