About Us

The Music, Arts, and Media Law Society (MAMLS) aims to bring together students interested in the intersection between the arts and the law, and to cultivate a community of culture lovers and grow interest in music, intellectual property, and entertainment law careers. The group aspires to inform students about legal issues related to music, arts, media, technology, entertainment, and intellectual property, exploring legal careers connected to the production, publishing, and distribution of cultural and artistic products. Through panel discussions and social events, we hope to foster connections with local industry professionals and businesses, and to provide networking and career building opportunities.
