About Us
The King Hall Lambda Law Students Association (Lambda) is composed of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual (LGBTQIA+), and allied individuals at King Hall. This acronym is flexible as the queer community is an evergrowing network of identities. Lambda's mission is to create an intentional community grounded in radical love and an anti-racist praxis. As an organization, Lambda seeks to explicitly challenge all systems of oppression and center trans-positivity through education and activism. To that end, Lambda sponsors events that raise awareness of LGBTQIA+ legal issues on campus and in the community, and provides a supportive space for queer students and alumni at King Hall both professionally and socially.
