We are the student branch of a national organization - J Street - that does community engagement and organizing around the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict. We believe that both Israelis and Palestinians have the right to self-determination, which is why we feel the two-state solution is the only feasible outcome. Our goals are to educate our fellow students, facilitate discussions, and organize leaders in the larger American Jewish community to take bold action in defending human rights and helping achieve peace in the region. If you have an affinity for politics, social justice, community organizing, or religion, if you have a personal connection with Israel or Palestine, or if you’re looking to learn more about this incredibly complex and fascinating conflict, this is the place to be!

JMSA brings together students interested in Judaism to explore a plurality of practice through which spirituality and the Jewish faith can enrich ones journey in medicine.
JMSA is dedicated to providing an environment for students to participate in Jewish practices. At panels, Shabbat dinners, and holiday events, all students are welcome to join in to learn more about the religion and to share personal customs and practices. A particular focus is discussion of the quotidian and longitudinal influence of Judaism and spirituality on an individual's practice of medicine and life of service.

JVP seeks an end to the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem; security and self-determination for Israelis and Palestinians; a just solution for the Israeli/Palestinian conflict.
JVP opposes anti-Jewish, anti-Muslim, and anti-Arab bigotry and oppression. JVP seeks an end to the Israeli occupation of the West Bank, Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem; security and self-determination for Israelis and Palestinians; a just solution for Palestinian refugees based on principles established in international law; an end to violence against civilians; and peace and justice for all peoples of the Middle East. In addition, we support the BDS Movement at the local, national, and international levels.

Kefli Sports Club is a student-run organization at the University of California, Davis dedicated to providing free after school and weekend sports programs to school children in the greater Davis community. KSC believes in the foundation of Jewish principles and values including Tikkun Olam, repairing the broken world we live in through mentoring school children grades K-12 by emphasizing the importance of teamwork, effort, kindness, and character development.

Membership Benefits
To receive an active member status, you must pay the member fee and attend three volunteer events within the same academic year. If active member status is not achieved the member must reapply the following year. Active membership shall be limited to only registered students at the University of California, Davis. An active member shall have the privilege of running for office. Members will be added to the Kefli Sports Club AggieLife and Email Newsletter, as well as the Kefli Sports Club Group Chat for notifications of all upcoming events.
There must be at least 2+ official members staffing each volunteer event. The Kefli Sports Club is welcome to any member who believes in the future of the greater Davis community, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion. Members are allowed to attend all events, socials and fundraisers.

Nazun (previously named Challah for Hunger) is a non-profit organization that bakes different flavors of Challah, a Jewish braided bread, each week with the help of volunteers, most of which come from service organizations on campus. We then sell the bread to students and members of the Davis community and all of our proceeds go organizations that are working to alleviate food insecurity both locally and nationally. We also are heavily involved in advocacy efforts to raise awareness and create policy changes that support students that are food insecure on college campuses.
