We are an organization at the University of California, Davis that builds websites and mobile applications for local organizations that serve the Sacramento and Davis community. Our mission is to code for social good and promote technological growth for our partners. Through these projects, our club members get real-world opportunities to expand their design, technical, teamwork, and communication skills. We are open to all majors and no prior experience is required.

The purpose of this organization will be to identify sources of veterinary medical equipment and supplies available for donation, collect those donations, and distribute them to animal shelters and organizations in need. Donations will be solicited from veterinary hospitals, human hospitals, veterinary colleges, pet stores, medical and supply manufacturers, medical offices (doctor, dentist, vet, etc), medical teaching facilities, and individuals. We will also be focusing on educating our members and other students about how important animal welfare around the world is.

To first preface, no 3D printing/modeling experience is needed, we just want someone who's passionate about learning more about it! Half of our current board members started not knowing anything about 3D printing, but we teach you on the way!

- Learn more about 3D printing if you're just starting out in 3D printing
- Create your own leadership positions and projects to help build your resume and leadership skills
- Reach out to us on discord to learn more!

What you'll do a as board member!
- Hosting/running 3D modeling competitions that solve an issue for local high schools. We've already hosted one for River Valley High and are looking to expand into more local high schools
- Working to join the E-Nable prosthetic project as a club, where we will become an affiliated organization to print prosthetics for those in need
- Make merch for other clubs and school departments, so far we have worked with the Pre-Pharm club on making merch and we'll be working with the art department to host an exhibition for 3D modeling. We're also reaching out to AAA and VSA for a collab
- Fundraising and sponsorships, specifically with sponsorships we're trying to reach out to existing 3D printer manufacturers to sponsor us. We're also looking to fundraise for ourselves, but also other non-profits like a San Jose Library that one of our members is reaching out to.
- Outreach. Both to other 3D printing clubs in other UCs and recruiting members, so in the sense of liaisons and making posts for our social media accounts. We're also working towards getting a supervisor.
- We're also interested in picking up new projects and ideas!

Advanced Modeling Aeronautics Team (AMAT) is an organization that teaches undergraduate students the necessary hands-on experience to design, build, and fly scale model remote-controlled (RC) airplanes.
AMAT competes in the annual SAE Aero Design competition. We build and fly large, remote-controlled aircraft made primarily from composite materials such as carbon fiber, honeycomb aluminum, and foam. AMAT utilizes education and teamwork to gain experience in design and manufacturing techniques, while integrating past successes with innovation to create a smarter and more advanced aircraft.

Navigating the application process to attend post graduate can be difficult and even overwhelming. Without first hand experience the learning curve can be prohibitive to achieving successful/anticipated outcomes for students seeking postgraduate studies.The purpose of our proposed organization is to provide a road map through the application process and educate those trying to pursue post graduate schooling, specializing in pre-med, pre-vet, and pre-grad. We plan to specifically break down the application process step by step. Specifically, the MCAT, GRE, personal statements, letters of recommendations, the timeline of applications, graduate school research, recommended classes etc. Through our leadership our team will attract guest speakers and accumulate valuable information that will increase applicants' success rates when involved with our organization. We will be teaching our members key elements of the process and exactly how to apply to the schools they wish to attend. Our mission is to build on the success of our past members to eliminate the ever-confusing path that comes with post-graduate education ultimately helping the UC Davis student community as a result. We plan to focus on early planning and education, helping build applications, and provide resources for students so that they can understand what is really required of them well before they actually need to start the application process.

Aggie Fiction Writing Workshop aims to create a constructive literary environment where students feel welcomed and motivated to improve their creative writing. Our weekly workshops are student-run and student-led with a focus on fiction pieces, but all student-produced works are welcome. Students can volunteer to workshop their stories (finished or not) on specific dates and will have part of that week's meeting dedicated to comments and critiques for their piece. In addition, meetings will consist of free-write exercises and other activities designed to stimulate creativity. At Aggie Fiction, we create a sense of community where each member feels their opinions valued and their work respected with the ultimate goal of learning from one another.
