Chicanx Latinx Collegiate Association (CLCA) The mission of CLCA is to bring together the next generation of Latinx leaders and professionals from a variety of different academic backgrounds and help them reach their highest potential academically, professionally, and socially.
Our values are: Culture, Leadership, Community, Ambition 3 Pillars: Personal Development: meetings, workshops, guest speakers, group study sessions. Social Development: club socials, familia program, banquet, and retreats Community Development: volunteering, collaborating with other organizations etc Additional Traits to CLCA Committee Program: gain leadership skills and experience by assisting the board with executive tasks Certification in Leadership and Professionalism: if you satisfy the quarter or year-long requirements you can be certified for your participation.
