About Us

The Arabic Language Club will be a space for students who want to learn Arabic and strengthen their writing and speaking skills outside of the classroom. We plan to have weekly meetings and monthly events that expose students to the Arabic cultures in order to immerse students of Arabic in the cultures that speak the language. We were inspired by other language clubs at UC Davis who have cultivated a sense of community outside of their classrooms, and we hope to strengthen our Arabic language community in a similar manner and build professional relationships with the Arabic faculty.
