About Us
The mission of Shaping Her Earth (SHE) is to confront the inequities and challenges young women of color face as they navigate education and self-discovery. We empower college students to with the skills, confidence, and leadership tools to step into their power, amplify their voices, and create lasting change in their communities and careers and then uplift and mentor other young women and high school students with the skills and experiences they have gained.
