SPARK Health is a 501(c) nonprofit affiliated with UCD Cancer Center that intends to ignite a positive change in at-risk populations by raising awareness for cancer prevention through educational workshops, community service for current patients, and fundraisers that support innovative cancer research. SPARK provides interns with unique service and clinical experiences.
Workshops and Tabling
SPARK provides workshops and tabling events to educate the general public and at-risk populations with cancer prevention/awareness. Our presentation and curriculum was created in conjunction with the UCD Cancer Center Outreach Department and breaks down cancer prevention in a manner that is easy to understand.
