The Neurosurgery SIG aims to encourage medical students to explore the field of neurosurgery through workshops, panels, and opportunities to network with physicians who work in the field. To provide early exposure, support, and mentorship opportunities to medical students who are interested in pursuing a career in Neurosurgery. Through activities such as conferences, lecture series, and case discussions with experts in the field, we strive to improve student understanding of neurosurgical cases, cutting-edge research, what neurosurgery training entails, and life as a neurosurgeon.
