Mission
Aggie Fiction Writing Workshop aims to create a constructive literary environment where students feel welcomed and motivated to improve their creative writing. Our weekly workshops are student-run and student-led with a focus on fiction pieces, but all student-produced works are welcome. Students can volunteer to workshop their stories (finished or not) on specific dates and will have part of that week's meeting dedicated to comments and critiques for their piece. In addition, meetings will consist of free-write exercises and other activities designed to stimulate creativity. At Aggie Fiction, we create a sense of community where each member feels their opinions valued and their work respected with the ultimate goal of learning from one another.
